Some fix are needed in EasyBeans, but Tomcat 5.5.17 has also this bug
This had been fixed in 5.5.x, x > 5.5.17 : http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=39619

This is now working.
Tested in standalone mode and with Tomcat 5.5.x SVN snapshot as 5.5.17 has this bug too.
